Founded in the spring of 2016 by Chefs Ron Allen and Nick Bodden, Beefhearts combines the principles and technique of modernist and avant garde cuisine with local and seasonal produce to create menus ranging from 7 course tasting menus to soul food cookouts.
As well as regularly holding events at Santa Barbara’s wineries, breweries and restaurants, Beefhearts pop-up restaurant caters events large and small.
